Aperture is a marketing agency built for one sector: hospitality, food and drink.

We work across content, social, paid media, PR and influencer, and web design, but the thing that actually sets us apart isn't our service list, it's our specialism. We're sector specialists, not generalists. Most agencies learn the market on a client’s budget. We already know it.

That's why brands like Prezzo, Uber Eats, Thunderbird Fried Chicken, and Honi Poke work with us. Creative that earns attention, marketing that drives sales, outcomes rather than impressions.

We're growing fast off the back of that reputation and now we need someone to go out and win the next chapter of it.

The Role

We're hiring a Business Development Manager to own our sales engine end to end. This isn't a lead-qualifying role that hands off to someone else once it gets interesting. You'll run all outbound and inbound leads, build the pipeline, run the pitch, and close the deal. If you want to spot opportunities and let someone else convert them, this isn't the role for you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
