About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Business Development Manager to help grow National Learning Group through new partnerships and learner recruitment opportunities.

You'll build relationships with employers, schools, local authorities, charities and community organisations, identifying opportunities that generate enquiries and support business growth.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys networking, developing partnerships and managing opportunities from initial conversation through to implementation.

What You'll Need

  • Experience in business development, partnerships or account management
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills
  • Confidence managing your own pipeline and opportunities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

Desirable

  • Experience within education, training, skills or apprenticeships
  • Existing network across the North East
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot
