Uncapped Commission | Accountancy Practice | Excellent Earning Potential
You'll be responsible for winning new clients for an established accountancy practice while developing existing relationships and identifying opportunities to introduce additional services.

We're working with an established accountancy practice in Woking that's looking for a commercially minded Business Development Manager to help drive its next stage of growth.
This isn't purely a cold new-business role. You'll have two clear opportunities to generate revenue: bringing new clients into the practice and developing existing relationships by identifying where the firm can provide additional support.

What You'll Be Doing
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities
- Building relationships with prospective clients and local businesses
- Developing referral and professional networks
- Meeting business owners to understand their accounting and commercial requirements
- Working with existing clients to identify additional service opportunities
- Introducing relevant accounting, tax and advisory services
- Working closely with accountants and partners to develop proposals
- Maintaining a healthy pipeline and following opportunities through to completion
About You
We're open-minded on background. Previous experience within accountancy, professional services or B2B business development would be particularly useful.

You don't necessarily need to be an accountant – you'll have technical support from the wider team.
