  • Identifying opportunities for bespoke customer experiences, including milestone celebrations, personalized invitations, and exclusive engagement activities.
  • Driving attendance at events through targeted invitations, player outreach, and direct promotion on the gaming floor.
  • Leading re-engagement activity for declining and lapsed players, delivering tailored communications, offers, and invitations designed to encourage return visits.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records, preferences, permissions, and engagement history in line with company standards and data protection requirements.
  • Improving customer contactability by ensuring email permissions, SMS permissions, and contact details are captured and maintained accurately.
  • Monitoring acquisition, retention, event, and reactivation performance and providing insight, feedback, and recommendations to the General Manager.
  • Supporting the development of business development strategies through customer feedback, commercial insight, and market awareness.
  • Ensuring full compliance with Safer Gambling, AML, HVC, UKGC, and company requirements across all customer interactions and activities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
