We are working exclusively with a rapidly growing healthcare software provider delivering bespoke technology solutions to organisations across the healthcare industry.
Due to continued growth, they are looking for an ambitious and experienced Business Development Manager to join their commercial team and play a key role in driving new business.
The Role
This is a consultative, solution-led sales position where you’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing relationships and uncovering business challenges before positioning the right technology solution.

You’ll have the support of a dedicated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help build and manage pipeline, while retaining full ownership and autonomy across your sales process.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience selling SaaS/software solutions into a regulated industry
- Strong new business and business development experience
- Ability to create, manage and convert a sales pipeline
- Experience working alongside SDRs or BDRs to generate opportunities
- A consultative and solution-selling approach
- Strong discovery skills – able to ask the right questions and uncover genuine customer needs
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and navigating complex buying processes
- Commercially driven, self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
- Ideally, experience selling into healthcare or a similarly regulated environment
