Business Development Manager - Hybrid, Surrey
Established over 30 years ago, our client is a globally recognised, multi-award-winning intelligence organisation, working with businesses across a range of industries including aviation (airlines), financial services (banks, lenders and investors) and more. Their intelligence platform is currently serving organisations such as JetBlue, Boeing and Turkish Airlines, and have seen consistent year on year growth.
As a result, they are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team. This role will cover a range of new business & existing account management; successful candidates will act as trusted advisors to their clients and ambassadors of their solutions.

This is a hybrid opportunity with 2-3 days per week in their office in Surrey.
Responsibilities
- Identify & prospect new business opportunities across a range of industries including airlines & aviation, financial institutions, leasing companies and aviation services companies
- Utilise a range of prospecting tools including outbound lead generation, marketing leads, LinkedIn campaigns and more
- Manage the full sales cycle through to deal closure
- Maintain an existing portfolio of clients, building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the portfolio
- Act as a trusted advisor to a range of existing clients, working closely with the Customer Success team
- Maintain up-to-date CRM system
- Attend industry events & in-person meetings where necessary

The Successful Candidate
- 3+ years experience SaaS sales experience is essential - managing the full sales cycle - B2B
- A connection to the aviation space would be a plus but is not essential. Any SaaS sales backgrounds will be considered
- Commutable to their Surrey office 2-3 days per week
Business Development Manager Package
- Basic salary: up to £85,000
- OTE: x2 (uncapped)
- Monthly travel allowance (£1.5K / month)
- Flexible working
