Relocruitment is delighted to partner with a renowned provider in business relocations and commercial removals. With over 150 years of excellence, their diverse services range from business and domestic removals to IT services, space planning, business and archive storage, and furniture supply.
With ambitious growth plans over the next five years, they’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive new business initiatives and grow into an essential member of their senior leadership team.
The Role:
As a New Business Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding the customer base and introducing services to new clients nationwide. This sales-focused, results-driven role is ideal for a motivated “producer” with a knack for identifying and capturing new opportunities. You’ll work remotely, meeting clients across the UK to build new business and nurture valuable relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new business within the commercial moving and workplace solutions sector, targeting clients across the UK.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster lasting partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized, client-focused solutions.
- Drive growth within existing accounts by identifying client needs and proposing tailored services.
Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrated success in business development, ideally in commercial removals, business relocations, change management, or a related field.
- Strong consultative selling skills, with a proactive approach to client acquisition and lead generation.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
- Independent, results-driven, and strategic, with a focus on client acquisition and sustainable growth.
