Business Development Manager – Property Marketing Agency
£40,000 – £45,000 Plus Bonus | Central London (Hybrid 3/2)
Are you a natural new business person who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and, importantly, turning conversations into clients?
Well, we’re working with a specialist creative design and marketing agency who are looking for someone like you to help drive their next stage of growth.
Rather than selling one product or service, you’ll have a broad proposition spanning branding, design, websites, property marketing, content, social media, paid media and digital marketing.
Who are we looking for?
You’ll already have experience in B2B sales, business development or a similar commercial role and be someone who enjoys winning new business and earning bonuses.
Some understanding of commercial or residential property would be useful, but just as important is being confident, sociable, commercially minded and comfortable dealing with senior decision makers. It would be amazing if you have previously sold marketing, creative or digital services to any sector. You'll be pitching things like Google Ads, SEO, social media, design and web builds.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
