Business Development Manager

About the Role

The position centers on bringing commercial focus, structure, and momentum to practice area growth across Employment and Litigation, alongside key regional initiatives. Acting as a key advisor to senior equity stakeholders, responsibility involves converting legal developments and sector trends into targeted client campaigns, structured relationship plans, and high-converting pitches. Core tasks include leveraging Salesforce to manage pipeline velocity, connecting regional targets with broader cross-practice groups, and executing sophisticated account plans that secure long-term commercial engagement.
