Business Development Manager

Sector: Learning & Technology

Location: Slough – Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)

Salary: £40,000–£42,000 + £12,000–£16,000 OTE | Uncapped Commission

A market-leading and well-established learning and development business is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join its commercial team in Slough.

This is a great opportunity for somebody with 3+ years' B2B sales experience who wants a role combining new business development and account management, with ownership of a portfolio of clients.

You'll be selling a range of digital learning and e-learning solutions, working with senior stakeholders and decision-makers to understand their challenges and identify the right solutions.

The role

Ideal profile

We're looking for someone with:

  • Minimum 3 years' B2B sales experience
  • Experience balancing both new business and account growth
  • A strong track record of achieving revenue targets
  • An ambitious, proactive and commercially driven mindset
  • A genuine hunger to succeed, earn commission and progress your career
