Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

Reporting To: Chief Business Officer and COO

Company Description

We’re looking for a candidate for our client, AcoBloom International, an India headquartered professional services ecosystem with a heritage of over 50 years. The Group comprises includes Stratrich Consulting, and is a part of Allinial Global.

AcoBloom International provides co-sourcing and outsourced accounting, bookkeeping, tax and compliance services to CPA and accountancy firms across the US, UK, Canada and Ireland, and – increasingly – accounting, tax and finance-function services directly to businesses. The Group has 350+ professionals across nine delivery centres in India.

In the UK, AcoBloom serves two client groups: accountancy practices that outsource or co-source their production work, and owner-managed businesses that engage us directly for bookkeeping, management accounts, VAT, payroll, year-end accounts and tax compliance.

AcoSpark is AcoBloom’s AI-powered business intelligence and automation business unit, built on Microsoft Azure. Its first product, AcoSpark CFO, delivers real-time financial KPIs and decision support to owner-managed businesses, with an initial UK focus on independent dental practices.

Role Description

This is a hybrid new-business role owning UK pipeline generation and conversion across AcoBloom’s three UK revenue streams. The successful candidate will be our first dedicated commercial presence on the ground in the UK, responsible for:

• Practices (B2B): winning new outsourcing and co-sourcing mandates from UK accountancy practices (sole practitioners through to mid-tier firms), and supporting expansion of existing UK client relationships.

• Businesses (direct): winning UK owner-managed businesses as direct clients for outsourced bookkeeping, management accounts, VAT, payroll, year-end and tax services – a growing focus for the UK Division.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Excellent communicator, comfortable working with India-based colleagues across time zones.

  • Uncapped commission on new business and recurring revenue.
  • Support from established India-based delivery, product, marketing and content teams.
  • A collaborative, merit-driven culture that invests in professional development.
