Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to develop Dyness’ commercial & industrial (C&I) energy storage business in the UK market. This role will focus on C&I project pipeline development and partner network expansion, including customer acquisition, partner management, sales target achievement, and market feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through project pipeline development, key account management, and deal conversion.
- Develop C&I project channels, including EPC contractors, commercial PV/storage installers, project developers, and local energy engineering partners.
- Develop B2B project channels, including system integrators, ESCOs, and commercial/industrial energy solution providers.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, and lead commercial and project negotiations.
- Support new C&I product introduction, project pricing feedback, and go-to-market execution in the UK market.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, project pricing, customer needs, grid regulations, and channel dynamics.
- Work closely with Technical Support, FAE, Product, and HQ teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, project pipeline reports, and business review updates.

Job Requirements

- At least 5 years of sales or business development experience in renewable energy, C&I energy storage, commercial solar PV, electrical systems, or related project-driven industries.
- Proven UK customer resources in EPC companies, commercial installer networks, project developers, system integrators, or B2B energy partners.
- Strong understanding of B2B project sales and consultative commercial models.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, project development, and internal coordination skills.
- Fluent English.
- Willing to travel frequently within the UK region and nearby countries; valid driving licence required
