Are you passionate about drinks, hospitality and building relationships that drive growth? Do you enjoy being out with customers, opening new doors and turning opportunities into successful partnerships?

Signature Career Management are partnering with an ambitious, values-led drinks business that is experiencing an exciting period of growth across the On Trade channel.

With the No & Low category continuing to transform the drinks landscape, this is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to play a key role in growing distribution, winning new customers and helping hospitality businesses discover exciting alternatives for their menus.

This is a role for someone who enjoys the freedom and ownership of a field-based position. You’ll be responsible for building your own pipeline of opportunities across national and multi-site hospitality customers, developing relationships with key decision makers and converting new business opportunities into long-term partnerships.

You won’t be managing a traditional territory — you’ll have a national remit, giving you the opportunity to identify where the biggest opportunities exist, create your own customer plans and make a visible impact within a growing category.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across national and multi-site On Trade customers including bars, restaurants, hotels, hospitality groups and wider operators
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to grow listings and distribution
  • Manage your own sales pipeline, prioritising opportunities and maintaining momentum from first conversation through to conversion
  • Use insight, category knowledge and customer understanding to create compelling conversations and recommendations
  • Work closely with internal teams to support customer plans, activations and new opportunities
  • Represent the business confidently within the hospitality sector, building awareness and advocacy amongst customers

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
