Senior Business Development Manager

Microsoft Data, Analytics & AI

London (hybrid) | Up to £80,000 base + double OTE | New logo hunting role

I'm working with a global Microsoft partner building out its UK Data & AI sales capability. This is a newly created role and the first dedicated hire of its kind in the region.

Why it's worth a look...

  • You're selling proprietary IP. They've built their own AI and migration accelerators on the Microsoft stack. This isn't a bodyshop pitch; you'll have conversations most partners can't have.
  • Support behind you. Pre-sales and solution architects you can actually book. Account managers already in seat. A strong leadership team you'll work closely with. A steady flow of inbound leads from an active webinar programme. Established UK and European reference logos.
  • A territory you own. UK plus selected European markets, as an individual contributor with your own new logo number.
  • You'll see results early. Tightly scoped, productised engagements mean you're not waiting three quarters for your first close. In a new territory, that matters.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
