Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across various sectors. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer engagement. The Sales Executive will play a vital role in expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Duties
- Proactively identify, research, and target high-potential B2B prospects, including e-commerce brands, online retailers, wholesalers, marketplace sellers, and businesses requiring fulfilment and logistics solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through a variety of channels, including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, networking events, referrals, and industry research.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting and qualification through to solution discovery, proposal preparation, negotiation, contract agreement, and successful client onboarding.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored logistics solutions, including fulfilment, warehousing, courier management, domestic and international shipping services.
- Prepare accurate and competitive commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements while effectively negotiating pricing, service levels, and contractual terms to secure profitable long-term partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, business owners, and operational contacts to maximise customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, opportunities, pipeline stages, and revenue forecasts within the CRM system.
- Work closely with the operations, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales closure to successful customer onboarding and ongoing service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling additional logistics solutions and services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, revenue objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Skills
- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development (experience within logistics, 3PL, parcel delivery, or SaaS is highly desirable but not mandatory).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional telephone manner.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required for client meetings and events.
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in IT systems including CRM software, MS Office suite, and other relevant tools.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Organised approach to managing multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Full UK driving licence is preferred for occasional client visits.
