The Challenge
Most mid-market organisations are still wrestling with archaic, legacy finance systems. They are slow, disconnected, and frustrating. Aqilla was designed in the cloud, specifically to end that frustration.
The Opportunity
With 20 years of proven stability and a market-leading product, we are now layering on a high-growth 'scale-up' mindset. You get the security of an established business with the excitement of a start-up. We aren't looking for "account managers"—we need Sales Hunters who enjoy the thrill of identifying C-suite pain points and showing them a better way to work.
What you’ll be doing:
- Closing New Business: Turning prospects into long-term partners within the mid-market space.
- Strategic Outreach: Navigating complex organisations to find the C-level decision-makers.
- Being a Trusted Advisor: Using your finance/SaaS knowledge to consult, not just sell.
- Scaling the Brand: Directly influencing our customer acquisition strategy as we scale.
- Collaborative Onboarding: Working alongside our technical teams to bridge the gap between a signed contract and a successful 'Go Live'.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
