Business Development Manager – Workwear & Embroidery
Class Workwear | Uxbridge
Class Workwear is an established supplier of workwear, uniforms and personalised clothing, with in-house embroidery and a showroom in Uxbridge.
We’re looking for a motivated and personable Business Development Manager to help us reach new customers, grow sales and build lasting relationships with businesses across different industries.
This is an opportunity to work closely with the owners, bring your own ideas and make a visible contribution to the growth of the business.
What you’ll be doing
- Finding and approaching businesses that need branded workwear, uniforms and embroidered clothing.
- Building relationships through calls, emails, networking and customer meetings.
- Understanding customers’ requirements, preparing quotations and following up to secure orders.
- Developing existing accounts and encouraging repeat business.
- Working with our team to ensure customers receive the right products and a reliable service.

What we’re looking for
- Previous sales or business development experience, with confidence in generating leads and winning new business.
- Experience in workwear, embroidery, uniforms or promotional clothing would be a strong advantage. An existing network of business contacts would also be highly valued.
- You should be approachable, organised and comfortable working independently, with good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
