As a result, we are supporting them to recruit a business development specialist who can identify growth opportunities and bring the organisation’s compelling story to life for potential new partners. This role requires broad commercial capability across the whole opportunity lifecycle, from identification to contract negotiation to operational execution.

The successful candidate will have a track record of delivering commercial growth within either a retail or hospitality / F&B environment and will be excited by the opportunity to make a significant impact within a fast-paced, autonomous and non-corporate culture.
Due to the hands on nature of this role, it requires someone who can be in Scotland for three days/week.
