Job Summary

Salary: £35,000 per annum
Commission: £17,500 per annum (uncapped)
OTE: £52,500 per annum
Location: Hybrid (1 day a week in office)
Condition: Must live within 1 hour drive time of Plymouth

What you’ll be doing:

You will target the estate agency vertical and other potential clients in the property sector, presenting them with Made Snappy solutions that directly address their business needs. Your efforts will be geared toward securing high-value contracts and expanding the client base to generate consistent, long-term revenue. Once secured, the account will be handed over to the account management team, so you can focus on acquiring the next customer.

This is a full sales-cycle role, giving you the opportunity to take ownership from the very first conversation through to winning and developing new clients. You’ll be proactive in identifying and creating new opportunities, including cold calling, qualifying prospects, delivering engaging and persuasive sales demos, and ultimately converting those opportunities into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring a consistent delivery against the monthly targets and KPIs
  • Convert cold leads into long-term clients by proactively reaching out, nurturing relationships, and positioning Made Snappy 360’s solutions as essential tools for enhancing their property marketing.
  • Deliver high-quality, persuasive product demos to key decision-makers, showcasing how our 360-degree tours and floor plans can improve the client’s business outcomes.
  • Guide the customer through the sales journey, including their trial period, ensuring engagement along the way to close.
  • Close deals efficiently, maximising revenue opportunities while establishing mutually beneficial partnerships with clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Pipedrive), ensuring all opportunities are effectively managed.
  • Use Made Snappy’s technology and sales tools effectively, leveraging the full tech stack to maximise productivity, identify opportunities, and drive sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, Account Management team to ensure consistent messaging and optimised content that resonates with target clients.
  • Attend the occasional exhibition around the UK showcasing Made Snappy’s solutions in person.
