The Company
Fusion Professional is the exclusive UK partner of Insight Professional, an Italian made, eco conscious professional haircare brand manufactured entirely in house in Italy. Insight Professional is more than products, It is a sustainability led professional movement built on renewable energy production, glass and aluminium packaging, annual environmental certifications and advanced plant based formulations.
With UK growth across colour, backbar, rituals and education, we are expanding our team to strengthen our regional presence and deepen our salon partnerships.
The Opportunity
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding Insight’s footprint across your territory while protecting and elevating its premium positioning. You will act as a strategic partner to salon owners, leading commercial growth, education integration and long term brand alignment. You will also act as a key liaison between UK leadership and regional markets, ensuring Insight’s values, sustainability standards and commercial expectations are upheld at every level.

- Identify, evaluate and onboard high-potential salon partners aligned with Insight’s sustainability and premium positioning
- Develop structured territory growth plans aligned with UK expansion strategy
- Lead strategic conversions from competitor colour and backbar brands
- Monitor regional performance data to identify white space and growth opportunities
Partnership Development & Brand Stewardship
- Build long-term, high-value partnerships with salon owners and teams
- Embed Insight’s philosophy of care, sustainability and education within each partner salon
- Ensure brand consistency across merchandising, pricing, positioning and communication
- Act as a guardian of Insight’s eco-luxury identity in market
Commercial Performance & KPI Leadership
- Drive revenue growth across colour, care, styling and ritual systems
- Define and monitor KPIs including average order value, retention, colour adoption and education uptake
- Analyse performance trends and implement corrective strategies where needed
- Consistently exceed regional targets through strategic planning and execution

- Collaborate closely with the Education Manager to integrate courses, discovery sessions and technical training into your regional strategy
- Support salon teams with commercial planning, launches and promotional execution
- Position Insight not simply as product based, but as a business growth partner
You Are
- Established within the professional haircare sector
- Experienced in driving colour conversions and premium brand positioning
- Commercially astute with a deep understanding of salon profitability models
- Confident in negotiations and strategic account management
- Passionate about sustainability, responsible beauty and long-term brand building
- Target-driven, analytical and comfortable owning full territory performance
- Independent, proactive and resilient in a high-growth environment
