A well-established, family-run civil engineering company are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to help achieve the company's growth plans. They are a specialist civil engineering contractor that work across various civil engineering projects.

- Creating sales opportunities with old and new clients.
- Focusing on building and sustaining relationships with clients.
- Estimating and pricing works.

Business Development Manager Specification:
- Experience in the civil engineering/construction sector.
- Marketing.
- A strong background in winning new business.
- Ability to price works and complete tenders.
- Client-facing.
- Experience of labor supply/logistics packages.
