Surrey (Hybrid Working)

GBP30,000 - GBP45,000 + Uncapped Commission + Hybrid Working + Career Progression + Minimum 1 Day Per Week in the Office

A growing creative production and retail marketing business is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to support continued growth across its Retail POS, Visual Merchandising and Print divisions. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional to join an ambitious organisation, developing new business opportunities while building long-term relationships with retail brands, agencies and marketing teams.

If you have experience selling POS, large format print, display solutions, visual merchandising or related retail marketing services, this role offers excellent earning potential and the opportunity to make a genuine impact on the growth of the business.

The Role

  • Generate new business opportunities within retail brands, agencies and marketing departments
  • Re-engage dormant accounts and develop existing customer relationships
  • Lead client meetings, presentations and sales pitches
  • Identify opportunities for POS, print, visual merchandising and display solutions
  • Prepare quotations, proposals and commercially competitive solutions
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets

The Candidate

  • Previous experience in a Business Development, Sales or Account Management role
  • Experience selling POS, visual merchandising, print, retail graphics, display solutions or similar services
  • Proven track record of generating and winning new business
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Commercially aware with a consultative sales approach
  • Full UK driving licence
