About the Company

This isn't your typical logistics or supply chain services business. This is a rapidly scaling, tech-driven trade solutions partner disrupting a sector that's badly in need of change. While others talk about visibility and integration, this business delivers it through an in-house developed digital platform, built and managed by their own team of engineers, combined with a connected, end-to-end trade management service that leaves old-school operators standing still. Clients don't just get shipments booked they get a proactive, integrated, problem-solving partner. The result: faster, smarter, and fully transparent supply chain management on a global scale. And the market is responding. The business is in high-growth mode, offering a genuine chance to grab a pivotal role in shaping what comes next.

Why Join?

  • Disruptor brand — rewriting the rules of what a trade and supply chain partner should be
  • In-house developed tech platform — no third-party bolt-ons; purpose-built by their own engineering team and constantly evolving
  • Full integration solutions — not just freight, but total trade and supply chain management for clients who won't settle for "standard"
  • Rapid growth — a business going places, with the opportunity to help shape that journey
  • Agile, ambitious team — no red tape, no politics, just good people doing brilliant work, fast

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
