Role Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within luxury residential and commercial developments, with a focus on the London Area, United Kingdom. This full-time hybrid role involves:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, architects, developers, and other stakeholders
- Conducting market research to uncover trends and potential partnerships
- Preparing and delivering proposals and presentations
- Negotiating contracts
- Collaborating with project and design teams to align offerings with client needs
- Tracking pipeline activities using CRM tools

On a day-to-day basis, the Business Development Manager will have some flexibility for remote work, combined with regular in-person meetings, site visits, and industry events to expand Loonsal Ltd’s network and brand presence.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within construction, property development, or a related sector
- Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and negotiation, with the ability to close deals and meet growth targets
- Ability to conduct market and competitor research, interpret data, and develop strategic plans to expand into new segments or regions
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including writing proposals, delivering pitches, and engaging with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated collaboration and coordination skills, working effectively with design, project management, and operations teams
- Comfort with CRM and productivity tools, and openness to learning new digital platforms that support business development activities
- Knowledge of the UK construction and real estate market, especially the London luxury segment, is highly beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and travel within the London Area for meetings and site visits as required
