Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Northern Ireland (with expansion focus in England & Scotland)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 DOE
Commission: £12,000 OTE
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to take full ownership of the sales cycle, from initial engagement through to close. This role will play a key part in driving growth and supporting our expansion into England and Scotland.
You will be responsible for generating, managing, and converting a strong sales pipeline, supported by an established telesales team that provides qualified leads and appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound activity
- Manage and develop a healthy sales pipeline
- Attend and convert qualified appointments generated by the telesales team
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Support the company’s expansion into England and Scotland
- Accurately forecast sales activity and performance
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular performance reporting
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients

Requirements
- Proven experience in a Business Development Manager or similar sales role
- Strong understanding of full-cycle B2B sales
- Experience managing and converting a sales pipeline
- Confident closing ability with a consultative sales approach
- Highly organised with strong time-management skills
- Comfortable working autonomously while being part of a wider team
- Experience selling into the UK market is desirable but not essential
