Founded in 2016, Sprift is the single source of truth for UK residential property data. We pull together more than 300 datapoints on 30 million UK properties. Estate & Letting agents, Conveyancers, Surveyors, Financial professionals and Property Investors use us to work faster and win more business.
The role
We're looking for a New Business Development Manager to bring new customers to Sprift. You'll focus on independent and regional estate & letting agents UK wide and other property professionals from sourcers to investor/developers. You'll own the whole sales cycle, from first conversation to signed contract, and help more of the UK property market see what Sprift can do for them.

Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and referrals
- Build and manage your own pipeline in HubSpot, keeping activity and forecasts accurate
- Run discovery calls and engaging product demos, online and in person
- Turn prospect challenges into clear proposals that show the value of Sprift
- Negotiate and close new contracts against monthly and quarterly targets
- Represent Sprift at industry events, conferences and local agent networks
- Hand new customers over smoothly to onboarding and account management
- Feed market insight and prospect feedback back to the product and marketing teams
- Work with marketing on campaigns and following up inbound leads

What we're looking for
- A proven track record in new business sales, consistently hitting or beating targets
- Confidence prospecting cold and warm leads and building a pipeline from scratch
- Strong discovery, demo and presentation skills
- Experience negotiating and closing deals
- Good CRM habits (HubSpot experience is a bonus)
- Resilience, self-motivation and comfort working remotely
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in Property, PropTech, SaaS or Technology sales is an advantage
