Job Title: Educational Travel Consultant – International Study Tours (Commission-Only)

Location: Fully Remote (Targeting the UK Market)

Employment Type: Contract / Commission-Only

Role Description

As an Educational Travel Consultant, you will identify and secure clients for our premium international student study tours. This role targets both B2B clients (schools, colleges, universities, and youth organisations) and individual customers (parents, independent students, and adult learners) across the United Kingdom. You will manage the entire sales pipeline from initial lead generation to booking confirmation. This is a 100% remote, uncapped commission-based role, offering complete flexibility over your hours and unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities (What They Do)

  • B2B & B2C Outreach: Actively source and contact both UK educational institutions (teachers, department heads) and individual families/students interested in international experiential learning.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct remote consultations via Zoom, phone, or email to present international itineraries that align with academic curricula or personal development goals.
  • Lead Conversion: Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on self-generated leads to close bookings for both large groups and individual travellers.
  • Relationship Management: Build long-term trust with educators and families to generate repeat bookings and word-of-mouth referrals.
  • Administrative Management: Provide accurate pricing packages, assist clients with international travel requirements (visas, insurance queries), and manage booking confirmations.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, or the travel/education industry.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the UK education system (e.g., GCSE/A-Levels, university schedules) or UK consumer travel habits is highly advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English, with the confidence to pitch to both institutional decision-makers and individual parents/students.
  • Self-Motivation: A highly disciplined self-starter who thrives in a fully autonomous, remote, and performance-driven environment.
  • Home Office Setup: Access to a reliable laptop, high-speed internet, and a professional workspace for virtual client meetings.
