Role Overview

This role incubates and pilots new programs and processes to mature recurring revenue offers, including software and services, within the CX portfolio, and develops and executes migration plans. It designs scalable strategies to reduce attrition and drive expansion across renewals and lifecycle motions, while leading cross-functional initiatives with Product Management, Sales, and other business stakeholders to shape future-state offerings and transformation roadmaps. The position leverages AI tools to deliver actionable insights, inform strategic program design, and drive scalable business development initiatives that enhance recurring revenue, optimize contracts, and enable partner and market growth. Responsibilities also include delivering product and systems knowledge to Cisco sales and/or partner teams through demos, enablement sessions, and strategic alignment forums, hosting regular field and/or partner calls to review pipeline forecasts, top account status, and drive proactive interventions, and facilitating QBRs to assess performance, identify gaps, and align on shared metrics and strategic objectives. Additionally, the role identifies new business opportunities, process improvements, and market trends to inform CX's renewals and expansion strategy, serves as a senior advisor across CX to influence investment decisions and shape scalable business models, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure field and/or partner readiness for new programs and offers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads moderately complex projects to launch new programs and implement scalable processes across multiple accounts or regions, ensuring alignment among cross-functional teams
  • Utilizes understanding of CX portfolio to assist in scaling strategies and enablement for multiple recurring revenue offers
  • Influences outcomes across related teams and assigned accounts, contributing to program expansion and contract optimization
  • Participates in discovery and feedback sessions internal, field sales and/or partner teams to understand evolving customer needs and pain points
  • Helps coordinate enablement activities and program launches that address specific customer segments, supporting expansion and retention efforts
  • Tracks customer outcomes and escalates risks or opportunities for improvement in program adoption, collaborating with sales and/or partner teams
  • Leads coordination of new programs and process rollouts for assigned customer segments, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of adoption metrics
  • Assists in refining program delivery by identifying opportunities to automate manual steps and streamline engagement
  • Collaborates with internal teams to update enablement resources and support the scaling of successful pilots
  • Participates in the evaluation of new CX technologies and tools, helping assess their fit for program expansion as well as field sales and/or partner enablement
  • Contributes to the integration of automation and analytics into pilot programs, supporting continuous improvement and scalability
  • Collaborates with internal teams to update technical documentation and share insights that enhance field and/or partner readiness
  • Coordinates with cross-functional teams to launch new programs, ensuring alignment on goals and responsibilities
  • Facilitates knowledge sharing and best practices across field and/or partner teams to support consistent program delivery
  • Builds credibility by reliably supporting team initiatives and participating in process improvement efforts
