Business Development Manager – Property Technology

£40,000–£50,000 + commission
London

A growing property technology business is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive its next stage of growth.

The company operates an AI-powered B2B platform that connects businesses with property suppliers, making temporary accommodation bookings faster and more efficient.

The role

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Introduce and demonstrate the platform to prospective clients
  • Manage opportunities from initial contact through to conversion
  • Develop a strong and sustainable sales pipeline
  • Represent the business at meetings and industry events
  • Work closely with the leadership team on its growth strategy

About you

  • Proven B2B business development experience
  • Experience within temporary accommodation, serviced apartments, corporate housing, relocation, or a closely related market
  • A strong network of relevant industry contacts
  • A demonstrable track record of winning new clients
  • Confident presenting technology-led solutions
  • Commercial, proactive, and comfortable building a market from the ground up
