Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in the Kent/London Area, United Kingdom. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HVAC and refrigeration market, build and maintain strong relationships with commercial and residential clients, and support the growth of key accounts.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Prospecting and lead generation
- Conducting client meetings and site visits
- Preparing proposals and quotations
- Negotiating contracts in collaboration with technical and operations teams
- Analyzing market trends
- Contributing to sales and marketing strategies
- Coordinating with engineering staff to develop tailored solutions
- Tracking sales performance against targets
The Business Development Manager will represent Coolest Cooling Ltd at industry events, promote the company’s services, and ensure a high standard of customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications
- Strong business development, sales, and account management skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, including stakeholder management and customer service skills.
- Comfort with market research, lead generation, and pipeline management using CRM tools and other sales systems.
- Experience preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations, with solid negotiation and closing skills.
- Understanding of HVAC and refrigeration services or related technical industries; ability to learn product and service details quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent experience in a similar role is also valued.
- Comfort working in the London Area, UK, with the willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
