Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager role is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence for our digital signage solutions. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and delivering tailored digital signage solutions that meet customer needs across sectors such as retail, corporate, education, hospitality, and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for digital signage hardware, software, and managed services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation through to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Understand customer requirements and collaborate with technical and project teams to develop tailored solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial proposals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies within the digital signage industry.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and business growth objectives.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM records.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within digital signage, AV, technology, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital signage solutions, including displays, content management systems, and networked technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
