About Oxbridge Maths Tutors
Oxbridge Maths Tutors is a specialist maths tuition agency serving families across the UK and internationally. We teach one subject, and we teach it exceptionally well — from primary and 11+ preparation through GCSE and A-Level, to Oxford and Cambridge admissions.
Every one of our mentors is an Oxford or Cambridge mathematician who has been through the admissions process themselves. That standard is the heart of the business, and it is what sets us apart in a crowded market of generalist agencies.
We are growing quickly and are now building out our commercial function. This is a senior hire, and an opportunity to shape how a premium education brand reaches the families it serves.
The role
You will own the way families find us and choose us. Working directly with the founders, you will lead client acquisition, develop our partnerships with schools, and turn a growing stream of enquiries into long-term relationships.

What you'll be doing
- Running consultations with parents, understanding what their child needs, and converting enquiries into ongoing tuition
- Building and managing relationships with independent schools, sixth forms and education consultants
- Developing referral partnerships that bring in families consistently
- Building and managing a sales pipeline from first contact through to enrolment
- Working with the founders on pricing, positioning and commercial strategy
- Representing the business at school events, parent evenings and admissions talks
What we're looking for
- A proven track record in consultative, high-value sales — private education, wealth management, private healthcare, professional services or similar
- Experience selling to affluent families or senior professionals, with the credibility and presence to speak with them as a peer
- Excellent judgement in sensitive conversations — parents are discussing their child’s future, and the approach has to reflect that
- The confidence to build relationships and a pipeline with real independence
- Knowledge of the UK independent school system or university admissions is a strong advantage
