Job Description:

Pay: £30,000.00-£100,000.00 per year

Location: Hybrid / Field-Based (UK)

Salary: Basic to be agreed/negotiated depending on experience.

Realistic OTE: Year 1, £70,000.00. Year 2 £100,000+ Uncapped Commission Car Allowance & Benefits Package

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business appointments and opportunities and acquire new SME customers across Lily’s Digital Transformation portfolio.
  • Attend and maximise qualified appointments generated by the Outbound Sales Executive (OSE) team.
  • Build relationships with business owners, directors and senior decision-makers.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to identify customer challenges, objectives and opportunities.
  • Develop tailored solutions across AI, Managed IT, Cyber Security, Connectivity, Communications, Cloud and Microsoft technologies.
  • Create and deliver compelling customer presentations, proposals and business cases.
  • Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and secure profitable new business contracts.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Generate self-sourced opportunities through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, social selling and proactive prospecting activity.
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities and maintain CRM records.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, pre-sales and delivery teams to develop customer solutions.
  • Utilise consultative and value-based sales methodologies to position Lily as a trusted Digital Transformation partner.
  • Manage high-value opportunities using structured qualification frameworks using SCOTSMAN.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies, particularly AI and business transformation.
  • Represent Lily professionally at customer meetings, networking events and industry functions.
  • Deliver regular pipeline, activity and forecast updates to sales leadership.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, customer engagement strategies and win rates.
  • Achieve and exceed agreed revenue, gross profit and activity targets.
  • Develop long-term customer relationships that create future growth opportunities.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven track record in a managed service provider, B2B sales and new business acquisition.
  • Strong prospecting, networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to engage confidently with business owners and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and delivering against targets.
  • Highly organised with strong commercial awareness.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and results-driven.
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a wider team objective.
  • Experience selling IT, Telecoms, Technology, Cyber Security, Managed Services or Business Solutions is essential.
  • Full UK driving licence.
