About the team
We are recruiting a Field Business Development Manager to join the Sales function, an integral part of the Bank helping to achieve its growth strategy across long term lending with Kent, Precise and Rely brands. This is a field-based role where you will work independently but have support from the wider Sales team and report into the Head of Sales for OSB Group.
The role will cover the Midlands territory and you will be required to live within the area.
What you will be doing?
As a Field Business Development Manager you will identify and develop business opportunities from intermediary relationships and be the day-to-day contact. You will be a strong communicator and provide a high level of service to Brokers, driving forward relationships, providing a more focused support where required in order to deliver agreed business targets.
Your responsibilities will include…
- Delivering agreed mortgage loan completions and associated activity targets through face-to-face relationship management
- Preparing, maintaining and delivering an account management plan
- Demonstrating a full understanding of the Group’s product suite and sales process
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication and relationships with internal stakeholders
- Promoting the overall Group in the UK through attendance at outside events and promotions as required

Do you have the skills?
We are looking for talented individuals who have the skills set out below:
- Track record in a sales or account management role within the Financial Services industry
- Excellent knowledge of the mortgage market (products and regulation)
- Ability to influence and negotiate with demonstrable experience of maintaining strong relationships
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise
- Strong and clear communication skills in order to confidently present information and data in a digestible way
- Clean driving licence
