About This Role

Are you an experienced Business Development Manager, Sales Manager or Account Manager looking for your next challenge? As our Business Development Manager within Dawsongroup Temperature Control Solutions (DGTCS), you'll play a key role in developing new business, growing existing customer relationships and helping businesses find smarter temperature control solutions.

  • Drive new business across your allocated territory through customer visits, networking and proactive business development.
  • Build long term relationships with existing customers, identifying new opportunities and maximising account potential.
  • Promote the full range of DGTCS and wider Dawsongroup solutions, delivering added value with every customer interaction.
  • Prepare quotations, present tailored solutions and work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Keep your sales pipeline up to date, using CRM tools to manage opportunities, market intelligence and future prospects.

About You

You're someone who enjoys building relationships, opening doors and turning opportunities into lasting partnerships. Previous business development or field sales experience is important, but if you can demonstrate a strong track record of winning business, building trust and delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Experience within business development, field sales, account management or a similar customer facing commercial role.
  • Confidence managing your own territory, prioritising opportunities and working towards sales targets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to understand customer challenges and recommend the right solution.
  • A collaborative approach, working closely with colleagues to deliver the best outcome for every customer.
