About GreenCleanOffice
GreenCleanOffice is an eco‑focused commercial cleaning and facilities management company based in London. We look after offices, residential blocks and specialist sites with a strong emphasis on quality, reliability, and caring for people & planet.
We are now hiring a dedicated Business Development Manager to help us grow our portfolio of contracted clients in London.
The opportunity
This is a hands‑on sales role for someone who enjoys hunting for new business, building relationships and closing B2B service contracts. The role combines a lean basic salary with a strong commission structure linked directly to the first‑year value of contracts you win.
You will work closely with the owner and operations team, visiting prospects on site, preparing proposals, and turning leads into long‑term clients.
What you’ll do
- Identify and approach potential clients (offices, co‑working spaces, facilities managers, property managers, etc.) in London.
- Generate your own pipeline through research, outreach, networking and following up on inbound enquiries.
- Meet prospects on site, understand their cleaning/facilities needs and present our service clearly and confidently.
- Prepare proposals and pricing with support from the owner; follow through to contract signature.
- Hand over new contracts smoothly to operations and stay involved during the first months to ensure a good start.
- Maintain simple tracking of leads, meetings, proposals and closed contracts so we can all see results.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
