Company Description

OMNES is a purpose-driven fashion brand created to transform how people shop, wear, and think about clothing, with a strong focus on environmental responsibility. Recognizing fashion as a major global polluter, OMNES is committed to reducing textile waste and minimizing the industry’s impact on the planet. The name “OMNES,” meaning “all,” reflects the brand’s belief that everyone has a role in building a more sustainable future. OMNES works to inspire both customers and the wider fashion industry to adopt better practices and embrace conscious, ethical fashion. The team is united by a mission to do fashion differently and make it better, together.

Role Description

The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strategic partnerships, and expanding OMNES’s presence in the sustainable fashion market. Day-to-day tasks include researching and evaluating potential partners and markets, managing a pipeline of leads, preparing and delivering business proposals and presentations, and negotiating commercial terms that align with OMNES’s mission and values. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to create growth strategies, track performance against targets, and support long-term commercial planning. The role also involves attending industry events, representing OMNES to external stakeholders, and providing regular reporting and insights to inform decision-making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
