Role Description
This full-time Business Development Manager role is based in the Central Belt of Scotland. The Business Development Manager will:

- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target sectors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage a pipeline of prospects from first contact through proposal and closing
- Prepare tailored proposals and presentations
- Collaborate with technical and consulting teams to shape solutions
- Contribute to bids and tenders
