Location: North of England (Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield or surrounding areas) – Home & Field Based

Join an InsurTech That's Changing the Market

Are you an ambitious Business development/sales professional (sales lead, sales manager, relationship manager, Account manager, business development, partnerships or telesales professional) with a passion for engaging with Brokers and Corporate clients? Are you looking for an opportunity to build or develop on your current career within a scaling business?

Do you enjoy developing relationships, winning warm new business and working with brokers and intermediaries?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing Health/Protection Insurtech business at a pivotal stage in its journey. As the company continues to scale, you'll have the chance to play a key role in its growth while developing your own career within a supportive, high-performing commercial team.

If you're motivated, commercially minded and excited by the opportunity to learn from experienced industry professionals, we'd love to hear from you.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the UK Partnerships Director, you will be naturally autonomous in your work ethic, treating your sales development like your own business. You'll be responsible for growing and managing relationships with insurance brokers and intermediary partners across your territory and willing to go that extra mile to service and develop business relationships, sales and pipeline.

You'll identify new business opportunities, support partners with training and product knowledge, and help them successfully introduce solutions to their clients. While sales cycles can be longer than traditional insurance products, you'll receive the support, tools and coaching needed to build a strong pipeline and deliver long-term success.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
