Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to develop business opportunities, increase student enrollment, and ensure successful student placements.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for PKV Corporation.
- Maintain and expand business operations in key areas of student training and placement.
- Develop partnerships with organizations for student recruitment and placement.
- Identify new marketing strategies to promote MS Office, Tally, and Nursing courses.
- Work closely with students to understand their placement requirements and provide job opportunities.
- Maintain records of student enrollment, training progress, and placement activities.
- Collaborate with the internal team to improve course offerings and student services.

Qualifications Required
- 3 to 4 years of experience in the education sector, preferably in business development.
- Strong understanding of student placements and corporate tie-ups.
- Proven experience in increasing student enrollments and building industry relationships.
Skill(s) Required
- Strong communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Sales & marketing expertise
- Ability to develop partnerships and corporate relations
- Leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and education-related software is a plus
Preferences
- Background in education, training, or placement services.
