Asian Food Business Development Manager

We are currently seeking an Asian Food Business Development Manager based in Northern Ireland to join a leading foodservice provider. In this role, you will drive business growth, support key accounts, ensure product availability, and work closely with the wider sales division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver consistent sales, revenue, and margin targets across your assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify new market opportunities to expand the regional customer base.
  • Utilize digital systems and tools effectively to manage accounts and streamline operations.
  • Adapt flexibly to customer requirements while providing exceptional commercial support.

Candidate Profile

  • Business fluency in both Mandarin and English.
  • 3-5 years of field sales experience within the world food, wholesale, or foodservice sector.
  • Deep understanding of the Irish World Food and commercial culinary markets.
  • Strong credit management, analytical capabilities, and high computer literacy.
  • Full clean B Driving License.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized proactive problem solver with proven credibility in key client management.
