About Us

Established in 1998, Transcom Global Ltd. is a specialised language services provider supporting Life Sciences organisations worldwide. We partner with pharmaceutical companies, CROs, biotech organisations and medical device companies to help overcome language and cultural barriers throughout the clinical development and healthcare lifecycle.

With a strong focus on quality, compliance and customer partnership, we support clients with specialised translation solutions for clinical trials, regulatory documentation and medical communications.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team and help expand our presence within the Life Sciences sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying new opportunities and managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach, through stakeholder engagement, tenders and RFPs, to contract negotiation and closing.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with a skilled internal team, build strategic client relationships, and play a key role in driving the growth of Transcom as a specialised Life Sciences translation partner.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

  • Identify and engage with new business opportunities within pharmaceutical, CRO, biotech and medical device organisations.
  • Research target markets, identify key stakeholders and develop effective outreach strategies.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
