Business Development Executive

Salary: OTE Yr 1 £60,000.00 ++, Yr 2 £70,000.00++ Uncapped! Competitive base and benefits!

Construction / SaaS Sector (Desk-Based)

Location: Belfast (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days remote)

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing Belfast sales team.

About You

You are commercially minded, motivated by success, and enjoy achieving results. You have:

  • At least 2 years' B2B sales experience
  • A proven track record of delivering against targets
  • Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence using CRM systems (HubSpot experience is advantageous)
  • A desire to learn, develop and progress your sales career

Experience within the Construction or SaaS sectors would be beneficial but is not essential.

What You'll Do

As a Business Development Executive, you will:

  • Drive new business opportunities by engaging with decision-makers across the construction sector
  • Lead value-focused conversations to uncover customer needs and challenges
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations that showcase the value of the company's data and software solutions
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM, phone, email and digital outreach
  • Present and negotiate commercial proposals that convert prospects into customers
  • Close deals confidently across phone, video and face-to-face meetings
  • Consistently exceed activity, pipeline and revenue targets

  • Monday to Friday
  • 09:00 - 17:30 (inclusive of lunch break)
