Business Development Manager – CCTV, Access Control & Telecoms

Location: Field Based - Hampshire

Salary: £30,000–£38,000 basic + Uncapped Commission + Company Car or Car Allowance

Join a Growing Technology Company that has been delivering high-quality telecoms, CCTV, networking and security solutions since 2010. We design, install and support reliable technology solutions for commercial organisations and high-end residential developments, providing everything from superfast broadband and business telephony to advanced CCTV, access control and managed Wi-Fi networks.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to help expand our customer base and drive new sales opportunities.

Whether you're an experienced field sales professional or a CCTV installation engineer looking to move into a rewarding sales career, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

You'll be responsible for identifying and winning new business opportunities across our portfolio of CCTV, access control, Wi-Fi and telecoms solutions.

Working with commercial clients and premium residential developments, you'll manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to project handover.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Identifying and generating new business opportunities.
  • Prospecting and qualifying new leads.
  • Conducting client meetings and site surveys.
  • Preparing quotations and tailored proposals.
  • Presenting solutions and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing sales.
  • Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline using our CRM system.
  • Working closely with our technical and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and has the confidence to develop new business.

Ideally you'll have:

  • Knowledge of CCTV, IP networking, Wi-Fi, VoIP or access control systems.
  • Previous experience in field sales, account management or business development.
  • A consultative sales approach with the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities.

A full UK driving license.

Industry certifications or previous experience within the security or telecoms sector would be advantageous but are not essential.
