In 2001, Dalla Corte introduced Evolution, the first espresso machine featuring independent multi-boiler technology. Since then, this innovative system has become the foundation of all Dalla Corte machines.

Distributed through Franke Coffee Systems UK, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the UK & Ireland markets.
About the Job
Dalla Corte UK & Ireland is searching for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Business Development Manager. The role involves developing strategic new relationships, expanding the existing customer base, and growing the business, supported by future investment and exciting growth plans.
An enthusiast for coffee is ideal, though not essential. This is an exciting opportunity to sell top-tier coffee equipment and support the launch of ground-breaking plans for 2026 and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and enhance customer relationships: Understand client needs and deliver personalised solutions and premium support.
- Collaborate internally: Work closely with departments to ensure smooth process execution, order fulfillment, and professional client service.
- Manage the sales pipeline: Maintain regular follow-ups and effective communication with prospects.
- Stay industry-informed: Monitor trends, competitor activity, and new technologies in coffee equipment.
- Generate reports: Provide periodic updates on sales activity, market insights, and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Business development / account management experience, ideally in new/cold outreach or within the coffee or equipment industry*.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – capable of building long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven – with a track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets*.
- Technical aptitude – able to quickly grasp and explaining complex information effectively.
- Passion for coffee – bonus, but not mandatory.
- Independence & collaboration – organise effectively, manage time well, and both work alone and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel: Regular travel across the UK (customer and site visits) with occasional EU trips.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook required).
