About the Role

We’re now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team, covering our South Region.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and deliver a sales strategy that drives revenue and profitability across your region.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, building strong relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, projects, and competitor activity to maintain full area knowledge.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and excellent customer service.
  • Review postcode and customer allocation annually to optimise team coverage.
  • Align with technical and pricing teams to maximise customer value and market potential.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven track record in sales ideally within the sector.
  • Strong industry knowledge and established network.
  • Natural leader and coach who brings out the best in people.
  • Excellent analytical, data management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver solutions and build loyalty.
  • Confident communicator with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry is a bonus, but not essential.
