FACER. Progressive Printed Packaging is a dynamic and innovative printed packaging manufacturer operating for over eight decades, performing consistently with an exciting future. Producing high-quality printed folding carton packaging as well as innovative niche packaging solutions for world-recognised brands, through to SMEs and start-ups.

We are looking for dedicated, skilled candidates who can evidence exceptional ability and clear alignment with the FACER values: Family, Authentic, Collaborative, Explorative, and Responsible. These values are not words on a wall; they shape how we work, how we serve our clients, how we support each other, and how we deliver on our promises.

This is a huge opportunity to become part of a progressive company with a tight-knit, high-performing team culture. At FACER, we operate as one unit, challenge and educate ourselves and our clients, stay open to exploration and learning, and take responsibility for delivering exactly what we say we will, when we say we will.

You will be responsible for pure new client acquisition – candidates must be able to evidence an understanding and application of B2B sales techniques and methodologies during the interview process.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
