About BPIF Training

I have recently acquired a great Training Company, BPIF Training. We support print and packaging manufacturing companies (think everything you see on the supermarket shelves!) to upskill their workforce through apprenticeships.

My vision is to grow BPIF Training by creating a business development team building on our unique relationship and trusted brand with this sector.

About the Role

At BPIF Training we intimately understand the needs of this niche sector and have strong partner relationships with them.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

There is an exciting opportunity to develop deeper relationships with this fascinating sector to support upskilling their workforce in both traditional technical and leadership skills alongside digital automation opportunities.

There is no magic wand. I know. I’ve got a track record of successfully growing small businesses.

Growth will come from developing consultative relationships with the sector, both with existing employers to expand our training programs alongside developing relationships with new print and packaging employers.
