The Opportunity
Pineapple Recruitment is partnering with a market leader in specialist schoolwear, bespoke teamwear, corporate clothing, and branded merchandise.
We are seeking a high-energy, field-based "hunter" to drive rapid account acquisition across England and Wales. This is not a long-cycle tender or bid management role—it is a fast-paced, direct sales position suited to a proactive salesperson who excels at opening doors, presenting physical samples, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Closing: Identify, target, and acquire new B2B accounts across schools, academies, colleges, sports clubs, and commercial enterprises.
- Field Territory Management: Spend the majority of your week on the road conducting face-to-face pitch meetings with decision-makers (Headteachers, School Business Managers, Operations Directors, and Club Chairmen).
- Pipeline Development: Build a high-volume sales pipeline from scratch and seamlessly hand off won accounts to the internal account management team.
- Product Ambassadorship: Deliver expert product demonstrations showcasing custom schoolwear, sportswear ranges, workwear, and bespoke branding capabilities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
