Business Development Manager UK Wide | Remote / Field Based
Salary
Up to £65,000 + Uncapped Commission & Benefits
Ready to take your sales career to the next level? We're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join a growing, family-run business within the waste management and recycling sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys winning new business, building customer relationships, and developing long-term commercial opportunities across the UK. You'll have the freedom to manage your own diary and territory, with an uncapped commission scheme that rewards performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and win new business across the UK
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Visit customer sites and understand their requirements
- Provide tailored recycling and collection solutions
- Manage the sales process from lead generation through to contract win
- Work with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service

About You
- Experience in Business Development or Field Sales
- Waste Management, Recycling, Scrap Metal, or related industry experience desirable
- Proven track record of winning new business
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Commercially driven and confident with customers
- Existing industry contacts advantageous
- Full, clean UK driving licence
